Part of continuing the legacy of the veteran’s club is Hero’s Welcome continuing to hold weekly Meat Draws - an event synonymous with legions across the country. In true Hero’s style though, they have brought the event into more of a modern setting where participants and spectators on a Saturday night might get the feeling that they’re witnessing a live game show complete with a fun-loving host, silly sound effects, crowd chants, and “elimination round” mini-games.  Hero’s is proud to partner with Main St. neighbors, Windsor Quality Meats who supply two main prize packs every week valued at approximately $100 and $50 as well as seasonal specials such as turkeys and roasts.  All of the money raised from raffle tickets goes directly to a charitable organization within the community.
